This Privacy Policy explains what information the Cozy Bakehouse mobile game (the "Game", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. By playing the Game you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, payment card details, health information, or real-money purchase information. The Game has no real-money in-app purchases.
2. Accounts and cloud save
You can play without an email address. The Game creates an anonymous Firebase account to provide cloud save; this account has a Firebase user ID but no email address unless you choose to link one. Authentication and cloud saves are provided by Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). If you create an email-linked account, your email and Firebase user ID are stored so your progress can sync across devices. Your save data is readable and writable only by your own account.
3. Analytics and crash diagnostics
We use Firebase Analytics to receive app-open, tutorial, gameplay, progression, ad-reward, notification, cloud-save, and performance events. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports, stack traces, and associated installation and account identifiers so that we can diagnose and fix errors. Crashlytics also writes a local diagnostic log on your device. These Firebase services process data for us to operate and improve the Game.
4. Advertising
The Game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads, through third-party ad networks:

Available networks can vary by store build. These networks may use your advertising identifier and device information to serve and measure ads. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in device settings. Where required by law, we request consent before serving personalized ads.
5. Legal bases for EEA and UK users
We process data to provide the service you request, including saving your game; on the basis of consent for personalized advertising where required; and for our legitimate interests in keeping the Game working, secure, and free to play.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the Game. Cloud-save data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and cloud save from the Game settings or request deletion at any time using the contact details below. Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers for a limited period under its service practices.
7. Children
Cozy Bakehouse is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Because the Game shows advertising that may use device identifiers, we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, a one-time in-Game notice. You can always review this Policy from the Game settings or this page.
