These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cozy Bakehouse mobile game ("the Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where the law expressly permits it;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or tamper with game state, saves, or servers;
- disrupt the Game or other players, or attempt to access accounts that are not yours;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
3. Virtual items
The Game includes virtual currency and items (such as coins and diamonds) earned through play or by watching rewarded ads. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. There are no real-money in-app purchases in the Game. We may adjust, balance, or remove virtual items as part of ordinary game updates.
4. Accounts & saves
You may play anonymously or create an optional account for cloud save. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not responsible for progress lost due to uninstalling the Game, clearing device data, or losing access to your account, except as required by law. Handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
The Game is free to play and supported by ads, including optional rewarded ads served by third-party networks. Ad content comes from those networks and is not created or endorsed by us.
6. Updates & availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may show a one-time in-Game notice. You can always review the current Terms from the Game settings or this page.
